Apparently, previous innovations relating to Steam account security, were not as effective. Fraudsters continue to steal other people's accounts with a view to quickly clear the inventory and earn money. Tonight Valve few things have changed the rules of the exchange.
The three-day delay was insufficient sharing to users who have lost their account, could cancel the transfer of objects. The delay time was increased to 15 days as a mere transfer of things, and the nomination of the lot on the trading floor. According to Valve opinion, this term should be enough to get users to notice the problem in time in case of loss of accounting data. When sending items to a friend, who was in your friends list more than a year, will be delayed one day.
In addition, Valve warned that more will not return the stolen items. In order to promptly respond to customer requests, the company has significantly increased its staff in technical support. The latter change will take effect on March 9th.
