The maniac in CS: GO

Surely many of you have heard about the game mode of the maniac in cs go, so we decided to make a guide about it. With it, you can configure this mode and chop along with your friends.

There are many different cards for this mode, but if you do not plan to download them, then with a certain set of console commands you instantly configure the maniac mode.

Game of the maniac maniac - preparation

If you do not want to write commands all the time in the console and enter only one command, do the following:

1. Open the game settings, select the "Enable Developer Console" item and change its value to "Yes".
2. Close the game.
3. Open the cfg folder, the path to which is the following: The drive that you installed Steam \ The Steam'a \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Counter-Strike Global Offensive \ csgo \ cfg folder
4. Look in this folder for autoexec.cfg or create it if it is missing.
5. Open this file using any text editor.
6. Select and copy the following command:

7. After that, press the Ctrl + V key in the open file autoexec.cfg
8. Scroll to the next line by pressing the Enter key. Follow the same steps as in steps 6 and 7 with this command:
Alias mkill "slot2; drop; buy hegrenade; buymenu; toggleconsole"
9. Then again press Enter and do also with this command:
Alias mrun "slot1; drop; slot2; drop; slot3; drop; slot4; drop; slot5; drop; buy smokegrenade; buy flashbang; buy decoy; toggleconsole"
10. Click in the autoexec.cfg file Ctrl + S (save) and you can close it.
11. Now every time you enter the game, open the console by pressing the tilde key and write the command maniac in it, then all the settings for the cs go maniac will be automatically set.

Rules of the game

1. The maniac must go into the game and choose the side of the terrorists, throw out the gun and buy an electric shocker (Zeus). Next, you need to buy a fragmentation grenade (you can use the mkill command in the console, then buy the wielder, so you'll make it easier for yourself.) This applies to the moment when the maniac performed all the actions in the "Preparation" section). A maniac can shoot Zeus four times, throw a fragmentation grenade 2 times and of course you can cut an unlimited number of times with a knife. You, as a maniac, should not leave anyone alive.
2. As you might have guessed, the rest of the players will play for the special forces. They will throw out all weapons, buy smoke, false and light grenades (or simply write the command mrun, if the actions of the preparatory section are performed). Future dead can use grenades any number of times. They do not need to give a chance to kill a maniac, one or more special forces should not die.
3. Total rounds in this mode are 5, the duration of each of which is 5 minutes. In the first minute you will stand in one place and look at the floor, but the victims can "allow" the maniac to find them earlier. In the remaining 4 minutes, a maniac can search and kill his victims.

How to start playing?

1. Start the game.
2. Select "Play" -> "Play with friends". So you will create a lobby.
3. Next, change the game settings from public to private.
4. Select any of the provided modes in the lobby settings (competitive or usual), as well as a list of those cards or one card on which you will play.
5. Invite your friends with whom you will play. To do this, move the mouse cursor to the left side of the display, click the LMB on a friend and click the "Invite to the Lobby" button.
6. Start the match.
7. The maniac will choose this or that side, and the victims - the opposite side.
8. When the teams are selected by both sides, open the Developer Console and write the command maniac and play by following the rules.
